CHILDREN'S WORSHIP IS A 45 MINUTE PROGRAM GEARED TOWARD YOUNGER ELEMENTARY CHILDREN (PREK-1ST GRADE) WITH LOTS OF SINGING, PUPPETS AND DRAMA, BIBLE LESSONS, AND CRAFTS. CHILDREN WORSHIP IS OFFERED DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS (MAY-JULY) ON SUNDAY NIGHTS AT 5:00 PM.

BIBLE CLASSES - WE OFFER WEEKLY BIBLE CLASSES FOR NEWBORNS THROUGH 5TH GRADE. THE OLDER CLASSES HAVE WEEKLY LESSONS WITH LIFE APPLICATION WHILE THE YOUNGER CLASSES HAVE MONTHLY OR QUARTERLY THEMES. WE BELIEVE THAT EVEN THE YOUNGEST CHILDREN CAN BEGIN LEARNING ABOUT JESUS AND THE MORAL LESSONS HE TEACHES. OUR EXCITING INTERACTIVE CLASSES INTRODUCE CONCEPTS BASED ON A CHILD'S LEARNING LEVEL AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT. FOR MORE INFORMATION ON CLASS TOPICS, CLICKE THE AGE/GRADE APPROPRIATE BUTTON TO THE LEFT.

NURSERY SERVICES - WE PROVIDE TWO STAFFED NURSERIES DURNING OUR 8:00 AND 10:30 SERVICE. WE HAVE AN INFANT NURSERY FOR BABIES UNDER A YEAR OLD. OUR TODDLER NUSERY IS FOR CHILDREN 13 MONTHS OLD TO 30 MONTHS OLD.

FELOWSHIP ACTIVITIES - WE HAVE SPECIAL ACTIVITIES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR WHERE CHILDREN CAN HAVE FUN IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT WHERE THEY CAN FORM STRONGER FRIENDSHIPS AND RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEIR FAMILIES

Most parents want to know that their children will grow up right and be good people.
Because the first 10 years of life are typically the most critical in determining a person's
moral direction, the Smyrna Church of Christ places great value on our children's ministry.
We are here to be a resource for you as you raise your child. We believe that children should
be raised to know that they were created by God and have a meaningful purpose in life. It is
not our desire to tell you how to raise your child or to simply provide activities for the "sake
of doing something." Instead, we want to provide meaningful experiences that will help your child
as he or she develops spiritually, socially, and mentally as they grow physically. It is our
desire to serve God through serving families. We recognize that children are precious to God, and
they are precious to us as well.
