9/23/2008 - Prayer request from Michele Gourley: Could you guys add Nome, Alaska to your prayer list? I just spent a month there and have been touched by the spiritual needs of that town. It has one of the highest rates of alcoholism and suicide in the nation, and it was heartbreaking to watch some of the Native people and their families suffer from addiction.

Thankfulness for Jenny’s health. In spite of her health problems, she is an inspiration through her faithfulness.
Thankfulness for Troy`s only receiving a very slight injury in a recent motorcycle accident.
Prayers for Janet as she struggles with sin in her life. Prayers for her mother, Eleanour, as she tries to remain faithful and encourage her daughter.
Prayers for June and Jacel. It seems they will not be returning.
