Our Elders (or Shepherds) form themselves after the example set by our Lord and Savior the 'Good Shepherd'. Their mission is to feed the flock, seek after those who have gone astray, feed the lambs, protect the lambs from the devouring wolf, and to lead them to greener pastures. They are kind and compassionate men whose goal is for all to enter the kingdom of heaven. They are available at all times to tend the flock.
